The project addresses the challenge of designing housing in an isolated residential zone while maximizing capacity and maintaining high social and environmental quality. The proposal is shaped by the idea of preserving existing open areas and organizing development around them.

The design identifies multiple untouched zones within the site and connects them through flowing, curved forms inspired by natural movement patterns. This strategy creates a continuous spatial system that allows free movement of people while avoiding rigid and isolated building blocks.

Public and semi-public spaces are integrated throughout the project, including parks, gathering areas, and pathways that encourage interaction among residents. The buildings are designed to provide sufficient light, ventilation, and accessibility, ensuring a comfortable living environment.

By combining density with openness, the project creates a balanced housing model that supports both individual living and collective social experience.
